Abstract

The International Reproductive and Sexual Health Law Programme at the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law (“the IRSHL Programme”) and the Center for Justice and International Law (“CEJIL”) respectfully submit an amicus brief in the matter of Campo Algodonero: Claudia Ivette González, Esmeralda Herrera Monreal and Laura Berenice Ramos Monárrez (Cases Nos. 12.496, 12.497 and 12.498) against the United Mexican States.
